4. Inspection and Approval

5. Refund Process

Shipping charges, delivery fees, installation fees, service charges, and payment processing fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from ServerSupply.ae.

6. Replacement Policy

For approved defective, damaged, or incorrect products, ServerSupply.ae may offer a replacement depending on stock availability.

If the same item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product, store credit, repair support, or refund after customer confirmation.

7. Warranty Claims

Products covered by manufacturer or supplier warranty will be handled according to the warranty terms of the relevant brand, distributor, or supplier.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Physical damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Power surge or incorrect voltage
  • Misuse or improper installation
  • Unauthorized repair or modification
  • Missing serial number or tampered warranty label
  • Normal wear and tear

Warranty service timelines may vary depending on the manufacturer, supplier, and product category.

8. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed wrong, damaged, or defective item supplied by ServerSupply.ae.

We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning products. ServerSupply.ae is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during return shipping.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it will be handled under the standard return process.

For special order items, cancellation may not be possible after confirmation with the supplier.
